Methods: 44 cases of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture patients which hospitalized from Dec. 2012 to Feb.2014 were randomly divided intotwo groups. 22 casesused crossDouble LoopWire (group①) and 22casesusedordinarywire（group②）.Twogroupsrespectivelyanalyzed the first postoperative walking time, hospital stay after operation,postoperativecomplications,andhipfunctionscores.
