PDCA护理模式在输尿管结石合并尿路感染患者康复护理中的应用研究山东省邹城市人民医院孟凡美 邮编：273500 摘要：目的：研究在输尿管结石合并尿路感染患者的护理中使用PDCA护理模式的临 床效果及其意义。方法：选取我院2012年2月至2014年2月共计100名输尿管结石合并尿 路感染的患者，将其随机分为观察组50名以及对照组50名，两组均使用超声气压弹道碎石 治疗输尿管结石合并尿路感染，且在取得患者知情同意的情况下，观察组采用PDCA护理 模式对患者进行临床护理，而対照组则使用泌尿外科常规护理模式，比较两组患者在一次性 碎石成功率，以及术后发热情况，术后有菌率，以及临床护理指标，包括碎石时间、排气时 间、下床活动时间、拔管所需时间、住院时间共计五个方面的差异，从而分析PDCA循环 护理模式对于输尿管结石合并尿路感染患者的康复护理情况是否由于传统的泌呆外科护理。 结果：比较两组患者的临床治疗以及护理效果，可以看出：观察组在治疗后的第3天、第5 天在发热情况、有菌率情况方面均优于对照组，具有统计学差异(PV0.05)；观察组的一次 性碎石成功率高于对照组，具有统计学差异；观察组与对照组在临床护理指标方面对比，观 察组的碎石时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、拔管所需时间、住院时间共计五个方面均优于 对照组，具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论：PDCA循环护理模式在输尿管结石合并尿路 感染患者治疗屮具有十分重要的临床意义，可以切实的提高患者的碎石成功率以及减少术后 感染，促进患者的早日康复，值得在临床中推广应用。 关键词：PDCA护理模式；输尿管结石合并尿路感染；超声气压弹道碎石；术后康复 [ABSTRACT] Objective: To study in the care of patients with ureteral calculi with urinary tract infection in using PDCA mode of nursing clinical effect and significance.
