品管圈对降低会阴侧切率促进自然分娩的临床探讨 彭慧玲刘艳玲严彩玲 (高明区妇幼保健院 广东 佛山528500) 【摘要】目的：探讨品管圈在促进自然分娩降低会阴侧切率的临床应用效 果，为制定护理措施及质量控制指标提供依据。方法：成立晶管圈，以回顾分 析的方法对2013年4?6月分娩的低危初产妇92例及成立品管圈后2015年4? 6月分娩的低危初产妇106例的侧切率及相关指标进行统计及分析。结果：会阴 侧切率由成立品管圈前的48.91%降至品管圈成立后的18.87%,差异有统计学意 义(P0.01)；品管圈成立前后会阴II度及III度裂伤发生率差异无统计学意义(P 0.05)o结论：品管圈对护理服务理念、助产技术和管理制度等方面进行改善， 可显著降低初产妇会阴侧切率，同时并未增加会阴II度及III度裂伤发牛率，从而 有效保障产妇牛殖健康，促进自然分娩。 【关键词】品管圈；会阴侧切；自然分娩；初产妇 【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 04-0290-03 The clinical study of quality control circles on the reduction of episiotomy rate to promote natural childbirth Peng Huiling, Liu Yanlin匕 Yan Cailing.obstetrical department, maternal and child care service centre of Gaoming, Foshan, Guangdong, 528500, China. [Abstract】Objective Discusses the clinical application of quality control circles on the reduction of episiotomy rate to promote natural childbirth, to provide evidence for nursing measures and quality control index. Method Set up quality control circles, using retrospective analysis method to statistic and analysis the episiotomy rate and re leva nt indicators of the delivery in April to June 2013 low-risk primipara 92 cases and the delivery in April to June 2015 low-risk primipara 106 cases. Results Episiotomy rate from 48.91% before set up quality control circle fell to 18.87% of the quality control circle after the establishment, the differenee was statistically sign讦icant P0.01; quality control circles set up before and after the perineum II and III degree laceration there was no statistically significant difference P0.05 . Conclusion Quality control circle can improve the nursing service concept, and the skills of midwifery and the management system. It can sign讦icantly decrease the rate of primipara episiotomy, at the same time does not in crease incidence of perineum II degree and III degree laceration, thus effectively protect maternal reproductive health, promote natural delivery.. 【Key words] Quality control circle; Episiotomy; Natural childbirth;
