医学检验专业寄生虫学检验实践教学的研究 江凌静辛杰 陈群杨云凤 冉茂春杨雅麟 叶霞(红河州卫生学校云南 蒙自 661100) 【中图分类号】R193【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012) 17-0011-02 【摘要】目的 探讨实践教学在寄牛虫学检验教学中的应用效果。方法 在云南 省红河州卫牛学校2008级中专三年制医学检验专业62名学生中随机选取32名 为实验组，其余30人为对照组。实验组学牛在每章结束后进行实践教学。教师 盲法对两组学牛同时进行操作、理论考试及总体表现评价；结合问卷调查和心得 体会进行教学效果评估。考评结果用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理。结果实 验组学牛操作考核成绩(43.22plusmn;0.83)分，理论考试成绩 (48.91plusmn;16.02)分，总体评价(65.82plusmn;9.72)分，高于对照组学 生的(37.61 plusmn;3.78)分，(37.61 plusmn;16.76)分与(52.85plusmn;11.97) 分，两者之间具有统计学意义(P0.001)o对寄生虫检验实践教学前、后的学 牛及医院带教医牛问卷调查，100%的学牛及检验科医牛认为有必要进行实践教 学。结论实践教学在寄牛虫学检验教学中是一种成功的教学模式，可以进一步 掏二 【关键词】医学检验专业 寄生虫学检验 实践教学 The Study of Practical Teachi ng on Parasitology of Medical Laboratory By Lingjing Jiang;Jie Xin; Qun Chen; Yunfeng Yang;Maochun Ran; Yaling Yang; Xia Ye (Honghe Health School, Mengzi 661100, China) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of the practical teaching on parasitology inspection education.
