In terms of training innovative talents of local comprehensive universities, based on the regional economy, the paper proposed the training mode of University-Enterprise collaborative, build the training system of practical ability of collaborative + cross + creatof5, train the “double-qualified” teaching team, construct the “closed-loop” feed- back mechanism, develop sustainable development personnel training chain. Taking the automation specialty of Hebei University as an example, the paper introduces the exploration and practice of personnel training in school enterprise collaborative innovation. Key words new engineering; school enterprise cooperation; maker space; higher education; automation specialty 1刖目 世界范围内的新一轮科技革命加速了经济结构和竞争 格局的重塑，创新成为国际竞争的新赛场。我国正处于经济 结构调整、转型升级的攻坚时期，迫切需要“新技术、新 产业、新模式”为我国经济发展超过发达国家提供强大支 撑。“中国制造2025” “互联网#一带一路”等重大 战略与倡议都要求强化科技创新的引领作用，需要大量具 备更高的创新创业能力和跨界整合能力的工程科技人才[1]。 高等教育是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，肩负着知 识创新、技术创新和区域经济发展及创新的重要使命 2017年不到一年的时间里，教育部就多次组织高校深入探 讨，探索发展“新工科”，打造具有国际竞争力的工程教育“新 质量”，实现工程教育与经济社会协调发展。发展“
