心理护理干预对喉癌患者生活质量影响的临床研究 ［摘 要］目的：分析探讨对喉癌患者实施心理护理干预对其牛活质量产牛的影响。 方法：将2012年5月-2014年5月来我院就诊的72例喉癌患者作为观察对象， 随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组患者实施常规的治疗和护理；观察组 在此基础上实施有效的护理干预。在入院之后以及治疗之后采用SDS抑郁自评量 表对患者的精神状况进行分析，应用SAS焦虑自评量表对患者的心理健康水平进 行统计，同时还应用SF-36牛活质量量表对两组患者的牛活质量进行对比。结果： 两组患者在治疗之后SDS抑郁自评量表评分、SAS焦虑自评量表评分以及SF-36 牛活质量量表的评分相较于入院时均得到较为明显的改善，前后的差异具有统计 学意义（P0.05）,同时，观察组患者的改善状况要优于对照组患者，组间的差 异具有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论：对喉癌患者实施有效的护理干预能够显著 改善患者的焦虑、紧张、不安等不良情绪，患者的精神状态得到有效的提高，同 时能够改善患者的牛理功能、躯体疼痛以及情感职能等因子，让患者的牛活质量 很大的提高，值得在临床中推广应用。 ［关键词］心理护理 喉癌患者 生活质量精神状态 D0l:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.36.67 作者单位：635000,四川达州，达州市中心医院 Clinical study on the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer Wang Hui,Xu Bo Xie,Huaping Abstract: objective: to analyze the implementation of psychological nursing in tervention in patients with lar yn geal cancers in flue nee on the quality of life.
