心理护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者围手术期的实施效果 张定英 （成都市金堂县妇幼保健院；四川成都610400） 【摘要】目的：分析患者在进行子宫肌瘤手术后围手术期实施心理护理干预 的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院进行子宫肌瘤手术后的围手术期患者96例， 将所有患者随机分为各含48例患者的对照组和试验组。对照组仅采取常规护理 方法，试验组在对照组的基础上再给予一定的心理护理干预。对两组患者的焦虑 情况以及抑郁情况进行评分，并对比分析两组患者的评定结果。结果：经过不同 护理方法护理后，实施心理护理干预的试验组SAS评分以及SDS评分与对照组相 比均明显偏低，PV0.05,两组差异有统计学价值。另外，在护理组满意度的对 比上，试验组97.92%的满意度要明显高于对照组83.33%, PV0.05,差异有统计 学价值。结论：在患者进行子宫肌瘤手术后，在围手术期对患者实施相应的心理 护理是十分有必要的，对患者焦虑以及抑郁情绪有明显的缓解，而且还有助于患 者的术后康复，值得在临床广泛推广。 【关键词】子宫肌瘤；心理护理；围手术期；临床效果 [Abstract] objective: Analysis of patients with uterine fibroids after surgery, the clinical effect of perioperative psychological nursing intervention.
