Department key users fill in QF-CD-24-01 Tetra Maintenance Application Form, tick “add user” type, and specify testing database codes and access group codes. Tetra access rights are controlled by groups not by users. How to select proper database codes and access group codes, please refer to QI-CD-42-01 TETRA standard access group. Department key users submit the form to department managers for approval and forward approved form to IT. Department managers shall review the justifications and ensure no data security control issues. IT shall report to IT manager if foresee any data security control issues from the requirements. IT manager is responsible for communicating with department managers to understand the requirement and determine to fulfill or reject it. Once received approved forms without data security control issues, IT shall release training ID to key users and copy to department managers within 4 working hours. Standard validation days of training ID are 7 days. Key users can apply for extension before expired if cannot complete training or investigation within 7 days. Extension application procedure is the same as applying new training ID. Live ID application procedure: For new qualified users, or users changed job responsibilities. Department key users are re
