摘要 角鲨烯自1906年被首次发现以来，人们对其进行了各种方面的研究，发展至今已将其运用到医疗、化妆品、保健品等行业领域，尤其是医疗与保健品行业的市场在不断扩大，而角鲨烯主要来源于深海鲨鱼的肝脏中，这导致了深海鲨鱼族群和海洋生态系统于近年来遭到了破坏，用植物油中的角鲨烯来替代鲨鱼肝油则成为了防止进一步对生态系统的破坏的不二之选。 本课题采用气相色谱质谱联用法对角鲨烯的测定方法进行探讨，以及对不同种类的橄榄油及山茶油中角鲨烯含量进行测定，并对实验数据进行分析处理比较得出各种类橄榄油及山茶油中角鲨烯的含量。实验结果显示，角鲨烯在0.01-0.2mg/mL质量浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系，线性关系系数R2=0.99191,回收率平均值为95.84%, RSD为8.98%(N=6)。齐云山高纯山茶油中角鲨烯平均含量为538.9 g/Kg,金龙鱼油茶籽油中角鲨烯平均含量为518.0g/Kg,绿海山茶油中角鲨烯平均含量为536.3 g/Kg,鲁花特级出榨橄榄油中角鲨烯平均含量为2368.7g/Kg,克鲁托特级出榨橄榄油中角鲨烯平均含量为1945.5 g/Kg,贝蒂斯特级出榨橄榄油中角鲨烯平均含量为1854.7 g/Kgo橄榄油中角鲨烯含量普遍比山茶油高。 关键字：角鲨烯；橄榄油；山茶油；气相色谱质谱联用法 Abstract Determination of the content of squalene in olive oil andcamellia oil Abstract Since 1906, squalene was found for the first time, people make various aspectsresearch on it, development up to now, has been applied in the field of health care,cosmetics, health products and other industries, especially in the medical and healthproducts industry, the market continues to expand, and squalene mainly comes fromdeep-sea shark liver, which leads to the deep-sea sharks populations and marineecosystems has been destroyed in recent years, use squalene in vegetable oil insteadthe shark liver oil became the best choice to prevent further destruction of theecosystem. This article used gas phase chromatography study of method for determination ofsqualene and mass spectrometry to measured different kinds of olive oil and camelliaoil squalene content, and the experimental data were analyzed comparing the contentof squalene in various types of olive oil and camellia oil. The experimental resultsshowed that the squalene in the concentration range of the 0.01 ?0.2 mg/mL showedgood linear relationship, linear correlation coefficient R2=0.99191 recovery averagewas 95.84%, RSD was 8.98%(N=6).
