企业参与制定国家标准对其出口贸易规模的影响--基 于上市公司数据的实证研究 侯俊军，辛晓丹* 5 （湖南大学经济与贸易学院，长沙410079 ） 摘要：2015 年，我国货物贸易进出口总值24.59 万亿人民币，比2014 年下降7% 。其中出 口14.14 万亿，下降1.8%；进口10.45 万亿，下降13.2%。企业出口面临越来越严峻的考验， 因此企业积极寻找新的出口增长点，标准竞争成为企业新的竞争领域。本文在相关文献回顾 10 的基础上，从理论和实证方面验证企业参与制定国家标准可以有效促进企业出口贸易，并且 一致标准比国家特有标准更能促进企业的出口，进而从标准的角度为企业提供参与国际市场 竞争的建议，以及为我国标准体系的建设提供了政策建议。 关键词：出口贸易规模；参与制定；国家标准 中图分类号：F746.12 15 The influence of the enterprises participating in the Chinese standards to its export houjunjun, xinxiaodan (Economy and Trade School, Hunan University,Changsha 410079) 20 Abstract : In the year of 2015, imports and exports totaled RMB 24.59 trillion yuan, an decrease of 7% over 2014. Exports accounted for RMB 14.14 trillion yuan, felling by 1.8%; imports accounted for RMB 10.45 trillion yuan, felling by 13.2%. Enterprises’ exports face severe challenges, therefore, they should actively seek new export growth pole,standard competition becomes a new competitive area.This article, which is based on the relative references, verifies the 25 importance of letting enterprises be involved in developing national standards theoretically and practically. Firstly, it can be helpful for enterprises to get increased volume of exports by the involvement. Meanwhile, consistent standards can be more effective than country-specific standards in facilitating the export trade of enterprises. Furthermore, it can provide suggestions of participating in the competition of international market for enterprises by the involvement, and can 30 provide political advices of the construction of the national standard system at the same time.
