The state has encouraged the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, has promulgated a series of policies and measures, but shortage of funds, financing difficulties has become restricts the small and medium-sized enterprise sustainable development important factors. In the context of the financial crisis, small and medium-sized enterprises face more severe challenges of financing , debt financing the financial risk problem is becoming more and more serious. This article through to the Zhejiang province Wenzhou small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation analysis, analysis of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises related factors, analysis of debt financing the financial risk, and then put forward the reasonable solution to the debt financing countermeasure.
