Chinas listed companies in the capital of illusion driven by free showed a strong equity financing preference, formed heavy equity, light of creditors rights financing structure, in the current our country securities market inefficient, control market owes the developed, financing system is not perfect, the financing structure increased the shareholders and managers conflicts of interest between, reducing the companys management efficiency. Therefore, strengthening the bond market construction, improving the stock financing system, establish a good credit rating and information disclosure system of the listed companies in China are standard financing behavior, improve the management efficiency of the important means. This paper present the listed companies in China to finance analysis and research, and its existing problems make corresponding countermeasures.
