In construction project management, management of the most important content is the project construction quality, progress and investment control. For construction quality, our country is very important, especially in the reform and opening up recently, the establishment of a national registered supervision engineer system, introduced the engineering supervision and quality responsibility for life, focusing on the construction quality control in the future; for investment, investment management system reform, the owners as the owners responsibility for investment attention has reached a new height, also set up a national registered cost engineer system; but for the third party, the construction schedule management seems to be ignored.
