独立学院汉语国际教育本科专业建设研究 ——以青岛理工大学琴岛学院为例.pdfVIP

摘要 在我国的高等教育模式中，独立学院逐渐成为高等教育不可或缺的一 部分，成为培养汉语国际教育人才中的重要组成部分。随着教学理念发展 和教育模式的转型，独立学院的汉语国际教育本科专业的发展也面临新的 机遇和挑战。 本文选取青岛理工大学琴岛学院作为个案，运用SWOT 分析法、田野 调查法等研究方法，对我国独立学院汉语国际教育本科发展情况进行研 究。一方面使用SWOT 分析法对该案例的机遇、不足、优势和劣势等进行 分析，另一方面基于实地调查，对案例展开观察，在观察的基础上进行问 卷调查和访谈。通过研究，发现独立学院汉语国际教育本科发展存在着专 业建设灵活、自主性强、小规模发展便于管理等特色，同时也存在师资队 伍结构不合理、专业建设缺乏特色、实习机会少和学生就业难等独立学院 存在的共性问题。针对独立学院该专业发展中有共性的问题，提出加强师 资建设，优化师资结构；明确专业定位，确立培养目标；结合实际情况， 推行有效课改；拓宽就业渠道，落实特色基地的优化建议，为独立学院汉 语国际教育本科的发展提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：独立学院；汉语国际教育；本科；专业建设；琴岛学院 Abstract In the mode of higher education in China, independent colleges have gradually become an indispensable part of higher education and an important part of training talents of Chinese language international education. With the development ofteachingphilosophy andthetransformation of education mode, the undergraduate major of Chinese international education in independent collegesisalsofacingnew opportunitiesandchallenges. This paper takes Qindao College of Qingdao University of Science and Technology as a case and uses SWOT analysis method and other research methods to study the undergraduate development of Chinese international education in independent colleges in China. On the one hand, SWOT analysis is used to analyze insufficient opportunities, advantages and disadvantages of the case; on the other hand, based on field investigation, the case is observed, and questionnaire survey and interview are conducted on the basis of observation. Through the research, it is found that the undergraduate development of Chinese international education in independent colleges is characterized by flexible, independent major construction, strong autonomy, small scale development and easy management,etc.At the sametime,there are also some common problems in independent colleges, such as lack of characteristicinternship opportunitiesand difficulty in student employment,etc.
