随着信息网络技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用，人类社会正逐步从工业化社会向信 息化社会迈进，信息网络技术将比历史上任何一次技术革命对人类社会带来的冲击 都更为巨大，它正在改变着我们的生产方式及生活方式。应当看到，信息网络技术 是一把，双刃剑”，一方而，它对社会的经济文化教育科技政治等方而的发 展起到前所未有的积极的推动作用；另一方面，它也给我们带來了许多新的社会问 题。本文旨在探讨和研究信息网络技术的发展和应用所带来的伦理道德问题。网络 伦理是人们在电子信息网络丄交往的道德准则，它形成于网络空间之屮，又有别于 传统的伦理关系。因此从网络知识与伦理学原理的融合丄探索并确立其科学体系， 是当前网络道徳建设的迫切需要。因为人既是网络道德问题的创造者，也是网络道 徳问题的解决者。所以，解决网络空间道徳问题的核心就是切实加强网络道徳主体 的构建。 全文共由五部分组成;第一?部分全而分析了网络伦理构建的必要性并简要阐 述了网络主体的木质及其特征；第二部分，重点研究网络主体的生存境况；第三部 分，着重论述了网络主体的伦理困境；第四部分，深入论证了网络主体伦理建构的 可能性和建构的途径及方法；第五部分，着眼于网络主体伦理建设的全而性、可操 作性和前瞻性，追求网络主体的全面发展，以促进整个网络社会的全面健康发展。 关键词：网络主体 关键词：网络主体 网络空间 伦理建构 Abstract With the rapid development and wide use of the technology of information and network. Human beings are gradually transforming from an industrialized society into an information society .The technology of information and network gives an impulse to the human society which is stronger than that of any other technology revolution in history .It will radically change the ways we work, produce, live and study. But every coin has two sides. On one hand, it can promote the development of the society in respective aspect such as economy, culture, science, technology, education and politics, etc. On the other hand, it also causes some social problems. This paper aims to discuss and study the ethical and moral problems caused by the development and use of the technology of information and network. Netethics, the moral standards by which people communicate in the network forms in the cyberspace and is different from traditional ethics. Therefore, exploring and defining the scientific system of nctcthics. On the basis of combating network knowledge with the theory of ethics.
