Because they’re interesting. Why does she/he want to see….? Because they are…. Let’s see …. 3 .培养学生爱护动物和大自然。 教学重点: 学会描述动物的性格及特点。 学会表达某类动物及说明喜欢的原因。 教学难点:会用目标语言表达自己喜欢的动物及其原因,来自国家。 教学用具:PPT Listening tapes 教学过程: Step1 Warming-up and lead in Good morning! Nice to meet you . Do you like going to the zoo? Do you like animals ? say their names.(show the pictures of some animals .) Play the song “animals” ok, let’s go to the zoo. Let’s see some animals . teach the two new words. Show the picture of a panda/ tiger / giraffe / lion (It’s the king of the forest.) /elephant /koala.(Teach the new words) 给学生1分钟记忆以上单词。 Talk about : T:What are they? Ss:They are koalas. T:What do you think of them ? Ss: They are cute/lazy/friendly…. T: and What are they? Ss: They’re elephants . T:What do you think of them ? Ss: They’re fun /friendly/ cute….依次学习新词汇smart ,beautiful, scary ( 注意:名词复数指一类事物,read aloud:给学生1分钟时间记忆以上单词,组内讨论1分钟,小组齐读1分钟。) Step2 Presentation 1.Look at 1a, Match the words with the pictures .then check the answers. 2.Listen to 1b. Check the animals you hear in 1a. Then read the three conversations in 1b. 3.Practice the conversation with your partner .Then make conversations about the other animals in 1a.
