Presentation V- ing相当于名词, 动名词的复合结构:物主代词+动词ing形式作主语 1.?Listening is very important in English study. 听力在英语学习中是非常重要的。 2.?Doing easily what others find difficult is talent; doing what is impossible for talent is enius. 轻松做别人发现困难的事情是人才;做到别人不可能做到的事情是天才。 3.?A good beginning makes a good ending.有好的开始,才能有好的结局。 4.?Swimming in summer is fun.在夏天游泳是很好玩的。 5.?Doing sports is very good.进行体育活动是非常好的。 6. Smoking is bad to our health.抽烟有害健康。 注意:V- ing 作主语看作单数;有些完全相当于名词,如,swimming有些仍保留有动词的性质,可以跟宾语,又被称之为动名词 7. It’s no use advising him not to smoke.建议他不抽烟是无用的。 8.?It’s a waste of time teaching him English.教他英语是浪费时间。 注意:在it’s no use? it’s a waste of time句型中只能用ing作主语,而it 作形式主语 作宾语 1.?Do you enjoy studying English? 你乐于学英语吗? 2.?He advises/suggests buying a car.他建议买一辆小汽车。 3.?They are practicing playing the piano.他们正在练习谈钢琴。 4.?Have you finished doing your homework? 你做完家庭作业了吗? 5. They are considering going to the countryside to live. 他们正考虑去农村生活。 6. I don’t mind buying an ice-cream for her.给她买一块冰淇淋,我不介意。 7.? Can you imagine seeing a film with such a beautiful girl? 和这么漂亮的女孩子看一场电影,你能想象出来吗? 8.? Do you allow/permit smoking here? 你这里允许抽烟吗? 9.? I didn’t miss meeting with my oldest friend when I went back home. 回家时我没有错过遇见我的老朋友。 注意：上面类似的词还有stand(忍受),can’t help doing sth.(禁不住做…)下面是用主动形式表被动 10. This book is worth reading.这本书值得读。 11. This bike needs/wants/requires repairing.这辆自行车需要修理了。 上面这些动词后面只能加ing,需多加注意. 下面的句子是跟在介词后面的,也作宾语,一定加ing,类似的还有,be used to(习惯于),get down to(开始认真做…) 12.
