中医体质护理辅助治疗 2型糖尿病合并冠心病血瘀质 80 例临床分析 【摘要】 目的： 观察中医体质护理对 2 型糖尿病合 并冠心病血瘀质患者 D-二聚体（DD ）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、 活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT ）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维 蛋白原（FBG）、B型尿钠肽（BNP ）的影响，探讨其对改善 2 型糖尿病合并冠心病血瘀质患者血液高凝状态的作用机 制。方法： 将 104 例 2 型糖尿病合并冠心病血瘀质患者按 随机数字表法分为两组，对照组采用拜阿司匹林片，试验组 在其基础上加用中医体质护理， 4 周为一疗程，共连续治疗 2个疗程，观察治疗前后两组患者 DD、 PT、APTT、TT、FBG、 BNP 的变化。结果：两组治疗前 DD、 PT、 APTT、 TT、 FBG、 BNP 比较差异均无统计学意义 （ PO.05） ，治疗后试验组 PT、 APTT、 FBG、 TT、 DD 及 BNP 与对照组相比，差异均有统 计学意义（ P0.05 ） 。结论： 中医体质护理可有效延长 PT、 APTT、TT和FBG，并降低DD及BNP，改善2型糖尿病合 并冠心病血瘀质患者的血液高凝状态，降低心血管事件风 险。 【关键词】 中医体质护理； 2 型糖尿病； 冠心病； 血 瘀质 【 Abstract 】 Objective ： To observe the impact of TCM constitution nursing on DD ，PT，APIT ，TT ，FBG and BNP of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis.And to discuss the mechanism about improving the hypercoagulable state of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis.Method ：102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated by Aspirin tablets ， and in addition ， the test group was treated by Aspirin tablets and TCM constitution nursing for two courses（4 weeks as a course） .And the two groups patients DD ，PT，APIT ，TT ，FBG and BNP before and after treatment were observed.Result： There were no significant difference between the two groups in DD ，PT，APIT ，TT ，FBG and BNP factors before treatmen（t P0.05），but after treatment there were significant difference between the two groups in PT ， APTT ， FBG， TT，DD and BNP factors（ P0.05）.Conclusion ：TCM constitution nursing can effectively prolong the PT ， APTT ， TT and FBG factors ， reduce the DD and BNP factors ，improve hypercoagulable state of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart blood stasis， and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
