PAGE PAGE 33 餐饮连锁企业仓储管理系统的设计与实现 摘要：随着人们消费水平的不断提高，服务业的需求也不断增加。而餐饮行业作为服务业的重要组成部分，也就成为了提高服务质量的重要焦点。随着餐饮连锁企业的迅速发展，商品的种类以及数量都不断增加，这也就对仓储管理提出了更高的要求。仓储管理也就是对仓库中的物品进行管理，从而减少不必要的工作环节以提高工作效率。 通过对餐饮连锁企业仓储管理的调查分析，本系统主要实现了包括用户管理、基本信息管理、采购管理、产品管理、库存管理、报表管理以及出库管理等七个模块，从而实现对供货商信息、员工信息以及商品信息进行管理，对商品进货、退货、出库进行操作以及对各种表单进行查询。 本系统是采用较为广泛的Java语言基于JSP进行开发的，在Windows操作系统下，采用MyEclipse开发工具、Tomcat服务器进行部署以及MySQL为系统数据库存储数据来完成的。在开发系统之前，首先是对系统进行总体分析，根据流程图画出数据流图，从而画出系统功能结构图，同时用E-R图画出实体的属性以及实体与实体之间的联系实现对数据库的分析。 关键词:餐饮；仓储；采购；库存；出库 Design and Implementation of the Restaurant Chain Enterprise Warehouse Management System Abstract : With the continuous improvement of peoples consumption level, the demand of service industry is increasing.While the catering industry as an important component of the service industry, it has become an important focus of improving the quality of service.With the rapid development of food chain enterprises, the variety and quantity of goods are increasing,and it has put forward higher requirements for warehouse management.Warehouse management is the management of goods in the warehouse,so as to reduce unnecessary work to improve the efficiency of work. Through the investigation on the storage management of catering chain enterprises, this system mainly includes seven modules: user management, basic information management, purchasing management, product management, inventory management, report management and outbound management.So as to realize the management of supplier information, employee information and commodity information;the operation for goods purchasing,returning and outbound;the query for various forms.
