PAGE PAGE 19 城市土地利用结构和产业结构的关系研究——以建德为例 摘要：任何地区产业结构的形态都是立足于一定的空间，而在一般的情况下就是基于土地利用结构。土地结构多样性的变化反不仅能够反映经济总量的增长，更能体现现代区域发展模式的转变。城市产业结构的变化促进了人类社会从传统的农业社会进步到工业型社会，推动了城市化水平的提高，也是城市化发展的重要特征，城市土地利用结构的转变又是产业模式转变的基础条件。两者间存在着相互联系，相互影响的现象，探究土地利用结构和产业结构的内在关系，揭示其主要规律，合理的配置土地资源，将土地利用结构与城市产业发展规划相结合。将其纳入国民经济调整的体系中，成为城市经济宏观调控的重要手段，促进经济的发展，因此，具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文以城市土地利用结构和产业结构的关系为切点，学习土地利用结构和产业结构的理论，选取建德市作为实证研究区域，收集了建德市2008年-2014年土地利用数据和产业产业结构产值数据，分别研究该市土地利用结构和产业结构的动态性，并运用相关系数法和格兰杰因果关系检验的有关的理论和统计方法探讨了建德市土地利用结构和产业结构的相互关系及内在的变化规律。得出可以下结论 （1）建德市产业结构正逐渐从“二、三、一”向“三、二、一”模式转变，同时，城市土地利用结构得到了进一步的优化。 （2）明确了建德土地利用结构的变化是推动产业结构变化的的原因，且城市产业结构变化相比土地利用结构变化存在滞后性。 并以此提出了对建德土地利用结构和产业结构的优化建议。 关键词：土地利用结构 ，产业结构， 建德市 Study on the relationship between urban land use structure and industrial structure?：a case study of Jiande Abstract: Morphology of any regional industrial structure is based on a certain space, and in the general case is based on the land use structure.
