PAGE PAGE 22 低学历企业家素质研究——以福建莆田珠宝商为例 摘要：自改革开放以来，中国的民营企业发展迅速，逐渐成为国民经济增长的重要组成部分。而民营企业的崛起很大一部分要归功于企业家的努力。在众多成功的企业家中，低学历企业家所占的比例并不低。本文从企业家理论出发，以企业家的低教育背景为基础，重点研究低学历企业家的素质特征。 本文通过对企业家理论和企业家素质理论发展的评述，在理论基础的指导下，结合低学历企业家的基本特点，构建出低学历企业家素质研究的指标体系。本文主要选取了福建莆田珠宝企业家为研究对象，主要通过深入访谈的研究方法，分析低学历企业家在各指标维度方面的素质特征，概括总结出低学历企业家素质的主要特点。 关键词：企业家；企业家素质；低学历；福建莆田 The research of the quality of the entrepreneur with low academic qualification——example to the jeweler of Fujian Province Putian Abstract: Private enterprises?develop rapidly since the reform and opening up, and now they have gradually become?an important part of national economic growth. The development of the private enterprise mainly owe to the entrepreneurial efforts. The entrepreneurs who have low educational background account for a large portion of these successful entrepreneurs. Based on the entrepreneur theory, this paper combines entrepreneurs with low educational background, mainly studies the quality of the entrepreneurs with low educational background. Based on the review of the development of the entrepreneur theory and entrepreneur quality theory, this paper combines the basic characteristics of the entrepreneurs with low educational background, constructed the index system of the research of the entrepreneurs’ quality who have low educational background. This paper selected the jeweler of Fujian Province Putian as the research object. Through in-depth interviews research methods, this paper analysis the competence quality of the entrepreneurs with low educational background in terms of various index dimension. On this basis, this paper summarized the main characteristics of the entrepreneurs with low educational background. Keywords: entrepreneur；entrepreneurs’ quality；low academic qualification; Fujian Province Putian 一、引言 （一）研究的背景 低学历的珠宝企业家占据珠宝行业珠宝商的一大部分。 在我国家族式的珠宝企业是珠宝市场中的一支大军。根据相关统计发现，民营珠宝企业占据我国珠宝市场的75.8%，且其中有71.8%的珠宝企业是家族式的珠宝企业。而在这些珠宝企业家中福建莆田珠宝企业家占据了大半江山。福建莆田的珠宝企业家从改革开放初期就已开始在全国各地下海经商，他们虽只拥有了初高中甚至是小学学历，但借着改革开放
