PAGE PAGE 36 大学生就业关键能力培养的策略研究——基于中国计量大学的调查分析 摘要：随着高等教育的快速发展和招生规模的不断扩充，一方面使得社会的供给量远远大于了社会的需求量，另外一方面也造成了低质量大学教育的泛滥，导致了毕业生毕业后找不到适合的工作，企业打着高薪的旗帜却招不到合适的人员的尴尬局面。 本文基于中国计量大学的毕业生从实证调查的角度来研究大学生就业关键能力培养的影响因素及提高策略。在对现有的文献资料进行整理和分析的基础之上，对大学生就业关键能力的概念进行界定和分析。首先通过开放式问卷调查得来的数据，运用SPSS软件工具进行统计分析得出大学生就业关键能力的结构模型，认为大学生的就业能力可以概括为思维决定能力、规划能力、判断能力、创造能力、洞察能力、劝说能力、理解人的能力、解决问题能力、培养下级能力、调动积极性能力。再次，分析影响大学生就业关键能力培养的影响因素，运用Multinomial Logistic（多元逻辑）模型来检验，根据运行检验对的结果对几个影响较大的因素进行分析，从而得出结论。 最后在上述分析的基础上，提出相关的建议，希望对大学生树立正确的就业观有一定的理论意义和实践意义。 关键词：大学生就业；就业关键能力；影响因素；多元Logistic Research on the strategy of Cultivating College Students ability to obtain employment -- Based on the investigation and analysis of the University of Metrology in China Abstract: With the rapid development of higher education and enrollment scale continues to expand,?on the one hand, the social supply is far greater than the demand of the society, on the other hand?also caused low quality university education spread, leading to the graduates after graduation can not find suitable work, enterprise under the banner of well paid but not appropriate personnel of the embarrassing situation. Keywords: Employment of College Students；Key ability of employment；Influencing Factors; Multiple Logistic 1 引言 1.1 研究背景 经济的发展离不开教育，改革开放30多年了，我国的经济飞速发展，同样我国的高等教育事业也步入了稳步发展的轨道，尤其是从1999年高校实行大规模扩招以来，我国的高等教育事业进入了前所未有的高速发展阶段。据教育部统计的资料来看，1999年我国高校毕业生人数为101万，而在2003年随着高校扩招的后第一个就业高峰年的到来，全国高校毕业生人数猛增到211万，与1999年毕业生人数相比翻了一番。并且在随后的几年时间内，高校毕业生人数的增幅更大，2010年全国高校毕业生人数为631万，到了2015年，全国高校毕业生人数已经达到了749万，同时预计2016年我国高校毕业生人数将迎来峰值，达到 758万。如下图所示： 图1.1 20
