一、教学目标
知识与技能
1. 能正确理解并运用核心词汇:health, strong, before, after, bad, often, exercise, how often, times, once/ twice/ three times a day/ week/ year.
2. 能准确运用核心句型: how often do you…? How many minutes do you exercise? It’s good for health. Exercise helps make our body healthy and strong.
3. 能够运用所学的单词和句型来谈论日常生活中保持身体健康的方法,同时可以所学内容运用到实际生活中去。
文化与情感
关心自己及家人的健康状况,爱惜身体,增强体质,培养学生良好的生活习惯,真正能把有益身体健康的生活方式运用到实际生活中。
二、 教学重难点
1. 使学生掌握核心词汇,并能在实践中灵活运用短语和句型。
2. 运用How often do you… ? How many minutes…? 提问,once, twice, three times…等词语进行详细回答。
三、学习策略
在课堂学习和交流中,注意倾听,积极表达。通过思考、讨论、小组合作等方式,完成学习任务。

Free talk
Do you like sports? What sports do you like? Why? I also like sports, too. I often run and swim on weekend. Because I think it’s good for my health. So, today we will talk about the topic health.

In this part, I will teach students from 3 aspects to discuss health.

Now, boys and girls, stand up please. Let’s do some exercise.
Watch a video about exercise. And all students do with me. Then ask students what is exercise?

Yes , healthy food is good for us. Eat more vegetables and fruit are good for health. Because there is a saying: A apple a day keeps the doctor away.
