三.教学步骤
Warm up
Greetings.
Revision. Check the homework and ask students to read the conversations in 2d together.
Teach 3a
Tell students traditional folk stories about Mid-Autumn Festival. Invite several students to share their stories with the class. Then ask the students to read the passage loudly to get the main idea. Underline some new words and difficult sentences.Find out the answers to the questions at the same time. Invite 2 students to answer the questions.Lead students to read the passage ,List some difficult language points on the Bb and analysis them.
Teach 3b.
First, lead students to read the instruction to know how to do it. Give students 3 minutes to read the passage again to number the sentences in correct order. Later invite a student to check the answers.
Teach 3c.
Lead students to read the instruction to know what to do.Then ask students to complete the sentences with correct words. Check the answers together then.
5. Consolidation Have students read the passage again. Divide students into pairs,ask them to retell the story to partner. Give them several minutes to do this work. Finally,invite some volunteers to retell the folk story.
5. Summary
In this period,we mainly learned a story about Mid-Autumn Festival.We developed our comprehensive skill and consolidated the target language.
