PAGE PAGE 31 连锁董事网络对公司治理绩效的影响研究 ——基于A股制造业上市公司的研究 摘要：企业是一个复杂的系统，其中包含企业制度、企业文化等各种要素，这些要素之间有着千丝万缕的关联，且是不可分割的，而正是这些隐性资源的集合，最终对企业治理绩效产生重要的影响。连锁董事作为在近年来兴起的对企业治理能够产生影响的因素之一，受到了越来越多的学者关注。本文在详细阐释了连锁董事网络的相关基本概念和理论基础后，深入了解了现有的国内外学者关于连锁董事网络与企业绩效的影响的研究现状，以期对接下来的深入研究提供帮助。其次，本文采取社会网络分析法对1685个A股制造业上市公司所形成的连锁董事网络进行整体网络特征的分析以及个体网络中心度的描述性分析，并思考出现这种特征的原因。另外，本文还对连锁董事网络与企业绩效两者间的关联性强弱进行了实证分析,最终得出结论相对点度中心度与企业绩效存在显著负相关性，相对中介中心度与企业绩效没有存在显著相关性。最后，本文进一步对传统制造业和高科技制造业的网络进行了凝聚子群的分析，经过成分分析和派系分析后对整个网络的派系林立情况有了深入的了解。 关键词：连锁董事网络；企业绩效；社会网络分析 Research on the influence of chain director network on corporate governance performance——Research Based on A Share Manufacturing Corporation in China Abstract: Enterprise is a complex system, which contains various elements of the enterprise system and enterprise culture. There is profound connection between these elements, and they are inseparable. It is these recessive resources collection, finally produced important influence on corporate governance performance. Interlocking director as one of the factors that influence about corporate governance recently springing-up, has received more and more attention of scholars. This paper explains the basic concepts and basic theories related to the network of interlocking directorates, in-depth understanding of the research on the effect of existing domestic and foreign scholars?on interlocking directorates and corporate performance,?in order to provide help with the further research. Secondly, the article adopts social network analytical method among 1685 A-share manufacturing companies formed by interlocking directorates network characteristics of the overall network analysis and individual network centrality of descriptive analysis, and think about the reasons for this feature.
