PAGE PAGE 20 儒家思想在现代企业管理中的现实价值研究 摘要：中国是世界上历史最悠久的文明古国之一，黄河孕育了古老的华夏文明。同一时期世界各地也出现了诸如古巴比伦、古希腊、古罗马等辉煌的文明，然而随着历史年轮的推进，这些文明古国都在灿烂的历史长河中分崩离析，烟消云散，只剩无数古迹见证着曾经的繁华鼎盛。唯独中国历经无尽的征伐和改朝换代，迄今仍能屹立于世界民族之林，继续开创新的时代。现今社会，西方管理理论占据主流，这足以证明其科学性和先进性，但于有着悠久历史的中国来说，管理中式企业，只是搬移西方管理理论，显然是远远不够的。西方管理理论毕竟是在西方的国情下发展起来的，其根植的是西方社会文化的土壤，并不适用于中国的现状。而以儒家为代表的传统思想，一直潜移默化的影响着人们的思想和行为方式，在人们的政治、经济、文化生活中将扮演着越发重要的角色，其现实价值将被重新挖掘。 关键词：儒家思想企业管理现实价值 The realistic value of Confucianism in the modern business management Abstract: China is one of the oldest civilizations in the world, the Yellow River gave birth to the ancient Chinese civilization. At the same time around the world appeared many splendid civilizations, such as the ancient Babylon, ancient Greece, and ancient Rome. Along with the advancement of history rings, however, all of these ancient civilizations apart in the brilliant history, disappeared, just left countless historical sites witnessed the once prosperous age. Only China which through endless conquering and regime change, so far is still standing in the world nation community, continue to create a new era. In the nowadays society, the western management theory is the mainstream, this is enough to prove the scientific and advanced. But in China with a long history, manage the Chinese enterprises, just move the western management theory is obviously not enough. The western management theory is, after all, developed under the western national conditions, which does not apply to Chinas current situation. And the Confucianism have subtle influence on peoples thought and behavior, play an increasingly important role in peoples political, economic and cultural life, which real value will be dredged. Keywords: Confucianism business management realistic value 一、 引言 我国传统决策思想源远流长，在春秋战国时期，诸子百家著书立说，不但留下了诸多经史子集，更是留下了丰富灿烂的决策思想，这些都是前人们实践经验和智慧的结晶，在历史的冲刷下越发显得熠熠生辉。直至董仲舒提出“罢黜百家，独尊儒术”，儒家思想才逐渐成为中国传统文化的主流。陈建(2009)言道，儒家思想的特点是着重于对人的精神文明的研究，在两千多年的历史沉淀下，对中国传统思想文化的发展做出了巨大的贡献。[1]历代儒学大家层出不穷，他们所提出倡导的“三纲五常”，“有教无类”，“以人为本”
