PAGE PAGE 25 现代服务业企业的经济效益评价研究 ——以全国物流服务业为例 摘要：由于社会进步和科学技术的发展，转变服务业的服务模式已经变得越来越重要。新兴服务业伴随着技术发展而产生，传统服务业则通过现代技术对自身进行改造或提升。而现代物流业在现代服务业中也占有较重要地位，所以本文以现代服务业为例，通过收集各个物流公司的财务信息，利用统计分析手段，对现代服务业中的物流服务业进行经济效益评价研究。有物流服务业的研究结果推断现代服务业的经济效益。了解现代服务业通过对商业模式、服务模式和管理方法的进行改变后，它所取得的经济效益成果。 关键词：现代服务业、现代物流业、经济效益 Study on the evaluation of economic benefits of modern service enterprises -- take the national logistics service industry as an example Abstract: Due to the social progress and the development of science and technology, changing the service model has become more and more important. The emerging service industry is accompanied by the development of technology, the traditional service industry through the modern technology for their own transformation or upgrade. And the modern logistics industry in the modern service industry also plays an important role. Therefore, this paper to the modern service industry as an example, through collecting the various logistics companys financial information, using statistics analysis method, to the logistics service industry in the modern service industry were evaluation of economic benefit. Study on the logistics service industry to deduce the economic benefit of the modern service industry. Understanding of the modern service industry through the business model, service model and management methods to change, it has achieved the results of economic benefits. Keywords: Modern service industry 、Modern logistics industry、economic performance 一、引言 企业获取经济效益是企业一切经济活动的出发点。所以，促使服务业企业改变原来的商业模式的原因就是企业为了取得更高的经济效益。而企业的经济效益也正是反映企业经营状况的一个有效指标。对于现代服务业企业来说，对企业经济效益进行评价也就是对现代化服务业企业的获利能力进行评价。企业的经济效益也能告诉我们现代服务业企业在改变服务模式之后取得的成果。所以，本次研究选择通过为现代服务业的经济效益这一指标建立评估模型，得到经济效益结果得分，以此对其经营成果进行评价。由于现代服务业所包含行业过多过复杂，而物流服务业在现代服务业中也占有较重要的地位，所以本次研究选择以其中的物流服务业为例。 通过在校图书馆以及网络上寻找的近几年的相关文献，来探讨现代服务业的发展状况以及其经济效益情况，并对其中的物流服务业进行重点研究分析。了解现代服务业在对自身商业模式、服务模式和管理方法的进行改变后，它所取得的经济效益成果。 二、现代服务业的产生背景 一般认为，生产与销售服务型产品的生产部门与企业合称为服务业。在我国国民经济核算的实际工作中，服务业就等同于第三产业，也就是说服务业的定义就是除了农业以及工业以外的其它所有产业部门的集合。
