PAGE PAGE 7 摘要 本设计是为了进行缓冲柱零件的工艺和夹具设计。对于该零件进行其工艺过程和夹具设计，该设计主要获得了以下研究结果：使用UG软件对缓冲柱进行建模，并获得了缓冲柱的零件。搜集相关夹具设计方面的技术资料，为后续的夹具设计和过程提供了分析基础。运用理论与实践相结合的方法，完成了缓冲柱的工序和工艺过程设计，确定了缓冲柱要经历的加工顺序，确定了要加工的机床，刀具和夹具，使得缓冲柱的加工从理论变为现实。利用UG对缓冲柱的夹具进行三维建模，完成了缓冲柱钻孔夹具设计。利用AutoCAD软件设计了缓冲柱夹具的二维装配图和零件图，可以将缓冲柱夹具加工成成品，从而使缓冲柱的工艺和夹具设计更加丰富，令人信服。 综上所述，本文主要完成了缓冲柱零件的建模，缓冲柱加工工艺技术的设计，缓冲柱钻孔的夹具设计以及论文的写作。从设计到加工的缓冲柱零件所需的所有工序内容，使得从工艺到夹具设计的缓冲柱加工过程都是可行的。 关键词：缓冲柱；工艺；夹具； Abstract This design is for the process and fixture design of valve body parts. For the process and fixture design of the part, the design mainly obtained the following research results: The valve body was modeled by UG software, and the valve body parts were obtained. Collect relevant technical information on fixture design, which provides an analysis basis for subsequent fixture design and process. The method of combining theory and practice is used to complete the process and process design of the valve body, determine the processing sequence to be experienced by the valve body, and determine the machine tool, tool and fixture to be processed, making the processing of the valve body change from theory to reality. Using UG to model the fixture of the valve body three-dimensionally, the fixture design of the valve body milling groove is completed. Using AutoCAD software to design the two-dimensional assembly drawing and part drawing of the valve body fixture, the valve body fixture can be processed into a finished product, so that the process and fixture design of the valve body is richer and convincing. In summary, this article mainly completed the modeling of valve body parts, the design of valve body processing technology, the fixture design of valve body milling and drilling, and the writing of the paper. All the process content required from the design to the processing of the valve body parts makes the valve body processing from the process to the fixture design feasible.
