PAGE Research on the Teacher Motivation and Countermeasures of Zhuhai Vocational College of Art Abstract:Under the call of the state, private education has received more and more attention,In order to improve teachers work enthusiasm and teachers work efficiency,schools are increasingly aware of the importance of teacher motivation.Nowadays, how to improve teacher motivation has become an important work content of private universities. This article takes Zhuhai Art Vocational College as the research object, first introduces the development status of the school. Based on the study of the current situation of school teacher incentives, it is found that the current teacher incentives in the school have the following problems: (1) Unreasonable salary settings and weak incentive effects; (2)The performance evaluation lacks fairness and the incentive effect is poor; (3) Teachers personal development incentives are imperfect; (4) Teachers competition incentives lack fairness. Based on the current problems of teacher motivation in the school, combined with the actual situation of the school, the following countermeasures are proposed for improving the teacher motivation of Zhuhai Art Vocational College: (1) Set up a reasonable salary system and strengthen the incentive effect; (2) Improve performance evaluation, To enhance the incentive effect; (3) Establish fair competition incentives for teachers; (4) Perfect teachers personal development incentives.
