执教年级 七年级 学科 英语 教学内容 When is your birthday? 公开课范围 校级 教 学 设 计 一、教材分析 本课的内容是选自新目标七年级英语上册Unit8 Section A。本课内容是起到承上启下的作用。承上即承接Unit7 学习的基数词,引导学生学习序数词,一些重要的节日的表达方法和名词所有格的学习。本课的学习很关键的就是帮助学生识记数字的两种表示方法,通过对比,观察学生可以找到其中的变化规律。 二、学习目标 1、知识目标 1)词汇:months (January-December) , Ordinal numbers lst-31st, when, birthday 2)句型:When is your birthday? My birthday is Oct. 8th When is Zhang Ming’s birthday? His birthday is September 5th 3)语法:序数词的构成,日期的表达;名词所有格 ’s的基本用法。 4)语言功能:询问和谈论生日。 2、能力目标 在连贯的听说读写活动中,训练学生的逻辑思维能力,快速反应能力和实践能力,使学生能熟练运用本单元的目标语言和目标词汇. 3、情感目标 通过谈论生日,留意朋友、父母的生日,学会更好地爱父母、朋友。在活动体验中教育学生关心他人,关心长辈,在竞赛中培养学生的竞争意识。 三、学习重难点 重点:句型When is your birthday?及其回答。 难点:日期表达中月份和序数词的正确使用。 四、教学准备 与月份有关的英文歌曲、生日歌以及单词卡片 五、教学过程: period one Step 1 Warming up 1.greetings? 2. T: Revise the numbers from 1 to 31 by counting the students in class. Ask the students to count the students together。 3. sing a song “the month” T ask: Do you enjoy this song? Ok, this is a month song. Learn to say:? a month Step 2 Presentation? 1.“How many months are there in a year? What are they? ” (twelve) Then show Ss the word card, Learn to say the words: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August., September, October, November, December (利用电脑课件教学生认读单词,同时出示单词的缩写形式。) 2、Next please read it by yourself and see who can remember in a short time.、 3、Play a game——Which month is this?让学生充当小老师,利用手中的单词卡片,做认读月份,将月份排序,为月份配对的游戏。 4、Can you spell them?拼写单词的游戏(教师指定学生拼读单词,先是一个一个大组,再从大组中抽取一个小组,最后是一排一排地逐个逐个地拼读。) Step3 Presentation 1. Show them the calendar, and ask “ What’s the date today?” and help the student answer “ It’s December 5th.” By looking at the calendar. Tell them the more dates with the calendar. 2.?Ask a boy “ When is your birthday ?” and help him with Chinese . He can speak the date in Chinese .Then let him repeat in English.?One, two, three…are cardinal numbers. It means “基数词”. We can say the numbers in another way?
