Step2 Presentation and learning
Learn the new letter Hh.
What’s the letter after Gg? Where is it? Who can find it out?--Hh
Listen and repeat.---Read one by one.(gesture/ei/)
Big letter H and small letter h.(write on the air)
What sound does Hh make? Listen and say.
Which word begins with the letter h? Head,hat.
Learn the new letter Ii.
What the letter after Hh? Where is it? Who can find it out?---Ii(I like English)
Listen and repeat.---Read one by one.(gesture/ai/)
Big letter I and small letter i.(Write on the air)
What sound does Ii make? Listen and say.
d.Which word begins with letter i?Words beginning with i, ice, ice cream,ink.
e.Listen to the chant and say after it. Hh is for head and for hat. I is for ice on you head.
Step3 Practice
Letter exercises.
Dance together.
Choose a letter and make up their own letter exercise.
Dice game:Read the letter and do the letter exercise. What’s this? It’s letter... Look!
Card game.
Divide the letter into big letter and small letters.
Match the letters in groups.
Make them in order!
Help Ss make their name card in order.
Make the animals in order.Wow, it;s the first day of an animal school. Who comes to school? An ant, a cat, a dog, a horse , an elephant , a bear. Panpan, the teacher is checking in their names. “No.1---ant, No2--”And after that, can you help the animals stand in order? Read, think and number.
