Warming up Greet the students: Good morning, everyone! Ask the students some simple questions to review last lesson’s knowledge, such as “What’s your name?” “How are you?”. B. Presentation Show the words and phrases on the screen. Ask the students to listen and repeat after the teacher, and check their pronunciation. Ask the students to match the words and phrases with the pictures on the screen. C. Practice Ask the students to work with their partners, and use the template to make the sentences. For example, “Where did you go, Liu Yun?” “I went to the park with my parents”. Pay attention to the student’s pronunciation and give them guidance in time. Ask some students to come to the front to show their sentences. D. Production Play the audio and let the students listen to the conversations. Ask and answer questions with the students, using “Where did you go?” as the opening question. Ask some students to share their answers with the class. E. Extension Ask the students to design their own conversations with their partners, based on their own experiences. Let some students come to the front to share their conversations with the class. F. Summary and Homework Ask the students to review the five words and three phrases.
