PAGE PAGE I 贵州省人口老龄化趋势与对策研究 摘要：21世纪，我国社会经济的可持续发展，在经济发展取得重大成果的同时，我国人口老龄化问题也愈发严重。随着我国进入人口老龄化阶段而对经济发展以及社会保障等方面所提出来的要求与挑战，在时刻警醒着我们。重视人口老龄化所带来的问题，积极正面迎接人口老龄化所带来的挑战，也要把握人口老龄化程度的加深给我国的市场经济所带来的机遇。在全国人口老龄化程度急剧加深的情况下，贵州省这一人口大省也无法避免人口老龄化程度加剧的状态，人口老龄化问题严重。文章通过对贵州省人口老龄化的现状进行分析以及对其所遇到的挑战与问题进行探究与解读，提出了一系列针对贵州省实际情况的措施与方法。 关键词：人口老龄化；社会保障；贵州省 Guizhou province population aging trend and countermeasures research Abstract：Along with our country social economy sustainable development, the population of my aging problem is increasingly serious.
