PAGE II PAGE 郑州大学毕业设计（论文） 题目：中小企业融资困境 班级 姓名 专业 指导老师 2016年10月26日  中小企业融资困境 摘要：中小企业对于促进经济发展、创造就业机会、增加财政收入、推动科技创新等方面起到很重要的作用，同时在调整经济结构、发展地方经济等方面也功不可没。中小企业日益成为保证经济发展和社会稳定的要素。但当前我国中小企业由于抗风险能力相对较弱、规模有限，使得其存在较严重的融资问题。本文从银行融资、资本市场融资、民间融资等三个不同的融资渠道阐述了我国中小企业融资的现状，并从企业自身、金融机构与金融体系、国家宏观政策三个方面分析了中小企业融资所面临的问题，并对解决中小企业融资问题提出了相应的对策建议，认为要解决中小企业融资问题，必须主要从融资渠道的拓展对策、加强企业经营管理、加快建立和完善融资体系三个方面着手。 关键词：融资；中小企业；企业管理 Abstract The small and medium-sized enterprise an important role in promoting economic development， creating employment opportunities， increase revenue， promote scientific and technological innovation， at the same time in the local economic development and the adjustment of economic structure， etc. can not be denied. The small and medium-sized enterprises have become the essential factor to ensure the economic development and social stability. But at present our country small and medium-sized enterprise because of the anti risk ability is relatively weak， the scale is limited， causes it to have the more serious financing question.
