后疫情时代大学生创业意愿影响因素研究.docVIP

摘要

疫情对本科毕业生就业的影响较大，即使有国家良好的创业政策支持，与考公与考研增长率逐年增长相比，创业虽然同属于替代性就业选择，但创业的上升趋势逐年减退。大学生作为创业者中的特殊群体，对其创业意愿的分析更典型，也更具代表性，能更好地体现社会创业的趋势。现疫情已经基本结束，本文从个体、家庭、学校以及社会角度对大学生创业意愿的现状和差异进行调查研究，对本科在校大学生线上发布问卷，运用SPSS23软件进行数据处理和分析。研究发现在性别方面，男性要强于女性；在学生个人特质中，正向影响创业意愿的因素是：冒险动机、领导管理能力和社会实践经历；创业课程和创业赛事正向影响创业意愿。完善创业教育结构，丰富大学生创业实践的形式多元化，不仅可以培养大学生正确的创业观，也可以更好地提升大学生综合素质。

本文题项由学生自己打分，研究数据不排除存在主观偏差；且研究对象为本科在校大学生，存在局限性。

Abstract

Theepidemichasagreatimpactontheemploymentofundergraduategraduates.Evenwiththesupportofthenationalgoodentrepreneurshippolicy,comparedwiththegrowthrateoftheexaminationandpostgraduateentranceexamination,entrepreneurshipisanalternativeemploymentchoice,buttheupwardtrendofentrepreneurshipisdecliningyearbyyear.Asaspecialgroupofentrepreneurs,collegestudentsanalysisoftheirentrepreneurialintentionismoretypicalandrepresentative,whichcanbetterreflectthetrendofsocialentrepreneurship.Theepidemicsituationhasbasicallyended.Thispaperinvestigatesandstudiesthecurrentsituationanddifferencesofcollegestudentsentrepreneurialintentionfromtheperspectivesofindividual,family,schoolandsociety.Thequestionnaireispublishedonlineforundergraduatecollegestudents,andSPSS23softwareisusedfordataprocessingandanalysis.Thestudyfoundthatintermsofgender,menarestrongerthanwomen;amongthestudentspersonalcharacteristics,thefactorsthatpositivelyaffecttheentrepreneurialintentionare:risk-takingmotivation,leadershipmanagementabilityandsocialpracticeexperience;entrepreneurialcoursesandentrepreneurialeventshaveapositiveimpactonentrepreneurialwillingness.Improvingthestructureofentrepreneurshipeducationandenrichingthediversifiedformsofcollegestudentsentrepreneurshippracticecannotonlycultivatecollegestudentscorrectentrepreneurshipconcept,butalsobetterimprovetheircomprehensivequality
