摘要:以纺织行业高新技术企业联盟为研究对象,构建演化博弈模型,分析纺织行业高新技术企业联盟独立

创新和合作创新中存在的问题。研究结果表明:纺织行业高新技术企业联盟合作创新能否取得成功,主要受联盟

企业合作创新收益与成本、政府对联盟成员合作创新的支持力度以及成员间的违约惩罚力度等因素影响;要使纺

织行业高新技术企业联盟合作创新取得成功,须强化政府规制在其中的作用,深化企业联盟内部交流,加强联盟成

员间的信息交流与沟通,完善联盟合作创新风险收益分配机制、提高创新效率、建立创新违约惩罚机制。
