AbstractObjective:Toconstructanevidence⁃basedpracticeplanforperioperativenursingofpatientswithmentaldisorders

undergoingmodifiedelectroconvulsivetherapy.Methods:ThePIPOSTmodelwasadoptedtoestablishevidence⁃basedproblems.

Systematicsearcheswereconductedindomesticandforeigndatabases,guidelinewebsites,andassociationwebsitesforliteratureon

MECTperioperativecare,followingthe6Sevidencepyramidmodel.Articlethatmettheinclusionandexclusioncriteriawas

independentlyscreened,evaluatedandintegratedwithrelevantevidencebytwonursingmastersstudentswhohadcompletedthe

trainingofevidence⁃basednursing.Holdameetingoftheexpertgroup.Reviewtheclinicalapplicabilityoftheaggregatedevidence.

Afterrevision,thefinalversionoftheevidence⁃basedpracticeplanforperioperativenursingofMECTpatientswithmentaldisorders

wasformed.Results:Atotalof7articleswereincluded,including2clinicaldecisions,2guidelinesand3expertconsensuses.The
