高职汽车专业群1+X证书制度”
人才培养模式的实践研究

摘要：在国家“1+X证书制度背景下，文章深度剖析了高职院校汽车专业群在建设过程中的人
才培养模式实践。通过对国家相关政策的梳理，结合高职院校汽车专业发展现状以及“1+X证书
制度”实践效果，探讨了“1+X证书制度”在高职汽车专业群人才培养中的作用、实施现状及存在
的问题，并提出了相应的优化策略，以期为高职汽车专业群的高质量发展提供参考，推动职业教育
与汽车产业需求的深度融合。

Abstract:Underthebackgroundofthenational“1+XCertificateSystem,thisarticledeeplyanalyzesthepracticeoftalent
cultivationmodelsintheconstructionprocessofautomotiveprofessionalclustersinvocationalcolleges.Bysortingoutrele-
vantnationalpoliciesandcombiningthecurrentdevelopmentstatusofautomotivespecialtiesinvocationalcollegesandthe
practicaleffectsofthe“1+XCertificateSystem,thearticleexplorestherole,implementationstatusandexistingproblems
ofthe“1+XCertificateSysteminthetalentcultivationofautomotiveprofessionalclustersinvocationalcolleges,andpro-
posescorrespondingoptimizationstrategies,withtheaimofprovidingreferencesforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofauto-
motiveprofessionalclustersinvocationalcollegesandpromotingthedeepintegrationofvocationaleducationwiththede-
mandsoftheautomotiveindustry.
