base,thebigarm,thesmallarmandtheendmanipulatoroftherobot,

thenchooseproperdrivemethodandtransmissionmethod,buildingthe

mechanicalstructureoftherobot.Onthisfoundation,!illdesignthe

controlsystemoftherobot,includingchoosingDAQcard,servocontrol,

andfeedbackmethodanddesigningelectriccircuitoftheterminalcard

andcontrolsoftare.Greatattentionillbepaidonthereliabilityofthe

controlsoftareandtherobotsafetyduringrunning.Theaimstorealize

finallyinclude:servocontrolandbrakeofthejoint,monitoringthe

movementofeachjointinrealtime,playbackprogrammingand

modifyingtheprogramonline,settingreferencepointandreturningto

referencepoint.
