This2026ConfidentialityandPrivacyProtectionAgreement(ChineseandEnglishVersion)(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)isvoluntarilysignedbythefollowingtwoparties(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoastheParties)on____(EffectiveDate)at____(PlaceofSigning).ForthepurposeofregulatingthemanagementofconfidentialinformationandtheprotectionofpersonalprivacyintheprocessofcooperationandbusinesstransactionsbetweenthetwoParties,clarifyingtherightsandobligationsofbothParties,preventingtheleakageofconfidentialinformationandprivacyinfringementrisks,andsafeguardingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothPartiesandrelevantindividuals,inaccordancewiththeCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theCybersecurityLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theDataSecurityLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,thePersonalInformationProtectionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,theAnti-UnfairCompetitionLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulations,andcombinedwiththeactualsituationofcooperationbetweenthetwoParties,thefollowingagreementisreachedthroughfriendlynegotiationformutualabidance.
