摘要

数据处理技术的不断突破，改变了原有的生产、生活模式，使社会发展进入一个全新的境界。本文以东

北、华北高新技术企业为切入点，研究知识管理能力对高新技术企业创新所带来的影响。采取问卷调查

方法，取得172份调查问卷，完成高新技术企业知识管理能力对创新绩效影响调查，采用fsQCA方法，分

析高新技术企业创新绩效的实现路径。为高新技术企业创新能力培育，突破知识管理能力的瓶颈，提供

了有益的佐证。
