摘 要 集装箱运输是物流改革的产物，也是铁路货运作业实现现代化的重要途径。我国铁路集装箱运输起步并不晚，但却发展缓慢。究其原因，也有历史因素。我国人口分布较广，交通运输网络密度较低，分布不均，运力严重不足，货运的重点是煤炭运输；目前的铁路运输市场仍是卖方市场，经营者没有市场压力，采取“坐商”经营，缺乏开发市场的动力。本文分析了青岛地区集装箱运输的现状和制约铁路集装箱发展的主要因素，以及广运发公司在铁路集装箱货运管理中存在的问题，并提出了转变观念，加强与多式联运系统的协作；加快信息化建设，建立便捷的电子商务平台；采用灵活运价政策，吸引适箱货源等方面的发展策略。 关键词：铁路； 集装箱运输； 管理； 发展  ABSTRACT Containerization is the outcome that logistics reforms, is also that railroad freight school assignment realizes the important approach being modernized. Our country railroad containerization starting is not late, develops but slowly. Investigate whose cause, also have the history factor. The main body of a book have analyzed Qingdao area containerization current situation and have restricted the major factor that the railroad container develops, freight has managed middle have problem in railroad container as well as Guang Yun Fa company , has brought forward change concept and , how dyadic systematic through transport combined efforts to have reinforced with; Be accelerated information platform building , building Electronic Commerce convenient and rapid; Adopt nimble luck price policy, tactics attracting box source of goods suitable waiting for development of aspect.
