摘 要 外商直接投资（FDI）已逐渐成为国际资本和技术流动的主要形式，它对东道国的产业发展存在催化作用。经验研究表明，FDI行业间溢出效应在技术溢出中发挥着重要的作用，且其后向关联效应较前向关联效应有更大显著性。本文在总结前人研究的基础上，将重点放在了浙江工业行业FDI行业间技术溢出效应上。理论分析方面，本文详细阐述了FDI行业间技术溢出效应，尤其是后向关联溢出效应的研究成果；实证分析方面，本文选取2003—2009年浙江省工业行业的面板数据，依据投入产出表对前后向关联效应进行计算，在C-D生产函数的基础上，构造衡量行业间技术溢出效应的模型，对外资在浙江省的技术溢出效应做出分析。实证结果表明，FDI通过水平（行业内）和垂直（行业间）两个方向均对浙江省工业行业的产出水平产生促进作用。在垂直方向，FDI通过后向关联显著提高了浙江省内资供应商的产出水平，即存在明显的后向溢出效应，而通过前向关联的技术溢出则表现出不明显的正向影响。 关键词：ABSTRACT Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been the main form of capital and technology flow between nations. Many countries strive to attract FDI and the strong incentive is to promote native enterprise progress of technology and to realize their industrial upgrading through industry association. Experience research shows that FDI inter-industry spillover plays an important role, and the effect through backward linkages is more significant than which through forward linkages. This text focus on the FDI inter-industry spillover effect of Zhejiang industry, based on the earlier research. On the theory side, we described the way and cause of FDI technological spillover. On the empirical side, we selected the panel data of Zhejiang industry during 2003 to 2009 and structured a model which can measure the FDI inter-industry spillover effect to analyze the technological spillover from foreign capital in Zhejiang, based on the C-D function. The result shows that FDI contribute to the output level of Zhejiang industry through both ways of level (intra-industry) and vertical (inter-industry). On the vertical side, FDI improves the output of domestic suppliers significantly through backward linkages, namely, there exist obvious backward spillover, and the forward spillover is not significant.
