金融学专业毕业论文--农业保险对新农村经济的影响分析.docVIP

摘 要 我国是一个农业大国，但是由于我国农业自然灾害频发，农民承受灾害损失的能力薄弱，严重影响了农村经济的发展和农民生活的改善，阻碍了新农村建设的进程。自1992年来，我国农业保险对防范农业风险、稳定农村生产、增加农民收入的正向作用日益显现。建立并完善农业保险制度，健全我国农业风险管理体制，提高农业抗风险能力，对于推进农业产业化经营和市场化发展具有重大意义。 本文首先介绍了农业保险的概念，对我国农业保险的特点和现状做了综合阐述，并着重分析农业保险对新农村经济所带来的影响，分别从农民、农村和农业三个方面阐述了农业保险取得的成绩，并从农民、政府和农业保险机制本身对存在的不足进行分析。本文提出了具体的建议，为找到适用于我国农业保险发展的政策措施提供有益参考。 关键词： ABSTRACT China is a large agricultural country, but resulting from frequent natural disasters of agriculture, and peasants’ poor capacity for making up loss caused by disasters, the development of rural economics and improvement of quality of farmers’ lives are impacted seriously, and the progress of new country construction also be hamped. Agricultural insurance is playing a more and more positive role in preventing agricultural risks, stabilizing rural production and increasing farmers’ incomes in China since 1992. Set up and improve agricultural insurance system, strengthen management system of agriculture and ability to withstand agricultural risks, which is of great significance to pushing forward the industrialized operation of agriculture and market-oriented development. This article first introduces the concept of agricultural insurance, expatiates on the present state and characteristics of agricultural, and then focuses on the analysis of the impact of agriculture insurance on the rural economy, which is expanded on the each absence of farmers，government and agricultural insurance system. The paper tries to table a proposal to provide a reference for policy measures of development of Chinese agricultural insurance.
