摘 要 汽车金融公司是指为汽车购买者及销售者提供金融服务的非银行金融机构。汽车金融服务有助于提高汽车生产、消费、服务业的资金使用率，推动了汽车产业的发展。美国的汽车金融服务起步相当早，上世纪20年代就已经出现。经过近百年的发展，美国汽车金融已处于比较成熟的阶段，有着完善的法律法规和个人信用体系，其经营模式已经比较成熟。与美国的汽车金融公司相比，中国汽车金融公司建立的时间较晚，在经营管理上还存在着许多不足。本文通过对中美汽车金融公司经营模式进行比较研究，找出我国在汽车金融公司发展上存在的问题，并总结出美国汽车金融公司发展成功经验，并在此基础上提出改善和推动我国汽车金融公司发展的对策和措施。 关键词：汽车金融公司，经营模式,比较分析 ABSTRACT The automobile financial company is the non-bank financial institution, which provides financial services for the automobile buyers and sellers. The automobile financial services contribute to enhance the fund utilization efficiency of automobile’s production, consumption and service, so as to impel the development of automobile industry, and even promote the national economy development. The automobile financial service of the united state started quite early, which appeared on nineteen twenties. After the development of hundreds of years, the American automobile finance has entered into a quite mature stage, which has established perfect laws and regulations basis and individual credit system , whose management pattern has become quite mature. On contrary to the united states, China’s automobile finance company was established quite late, and there are still many shortages in its management. This article made comparisons of the management patterns of the automobile financial company between America and China, analyzed the problems which existed in the development of our automobile financial company, and sumerized the sussessful experiences of American automobile financial company, then put forward measures and strategies for the improvement of the development of our automobile financial companies.
