经济一体化的发展与扩散过程，在此基础上着重分析了自由贸易协定的概念、条件 和发展。第2章分析了中韩两国的FTA政策战略的政策基调，中韩两国的贸易现状以 及贸易结构的变化，中韩自由贸易协定谈判的进程。第3章通过对贸易密集度指数和 比较优势指数的分析，不仅得出了中韩两国间产业结构上有相当高的互补性，而且 还得出了两国在不同产业部门上的比较优势。本文运用市场比较优势指数法（MCA） 分析得出了中韩两国贸易中各自具有比较优势的产品。同时还分析了中韩两国的关 税率和中韩自由贸易协定的经济效应，结果表明很多政策的实施还没有确实到位。 从中国和韩国之间到底是否建立起类似于FTA的贸易协定，或者已经建立了类似于 FTA的贸易协定来看，这些政策在实施中确实存在诸多障碍。第4章阐述了中韩两国 与其他国家的FTA建立进程 ，中韩两国建立FTA的必要性，两国企业对建立FTA的赞 成和反对意见，并讨论了中韩自由贸易区存在的障碍。第5章为结论。 关键词：中韩自由贸易协定；比较优势；重力模型 Abstract It has been 16 years since Korea normalized a diplomatic relation with China on Aug. 24th 1992. Since then both countries have made great developments in terms of their economy and trading, and have become a major and important trading and investment partner for each other. In terms of national economic size, China is 4th in the world, while Korea is 11th, and the total amount of the trading between the 2 countries in 2007 reached USD 145 billion. The trading relations made between Korea and China has had considerable and important economic and/or political influence on other countries in the world as well as on each other. The scope of this thesis is confined to the study and analysis on the economic effects of a Free Trade Agreement between China and Korea, and analyzes how trade barriers between both countries has affected the trading size, the competitive structure and detailed industrial sections for each country.
