要 建设社会主义新农村，首先要发展现代农业，促进粮食生产稳定发展和农民 持续增收。农业产业化是推动传统农业向现代化农业过渡的较好选择，已成为我 国农业产业结构调整、农村劳动力转移、增加农民 业机会、增加农民收入的有 效途径。农业产业化龙头企业在农业产业化经营中具有举足轻重的作用，它是农 业产业化经营的关键和核心。龙头企业的整体实力如何，直接关系着产业化经营 的效果。然而，龙头企业的发展离不开金融支持，目前资金支持不足是农业产业 化龙头企业发展过程中面临的突出问题。在农业投入相对不足的实际情况下，如 何依靠银行信贷支持，尽快实现农业产业化，促进农业的持续健康发展和人们生 活水平的提高，是我们研究的重大课题。 本文从农业产业化的含义及特点入手，在回顾金融支持农业产业化理论研究 的基础上，总结了国内外农业产业化金融支持的实践。通过对江西农业产业化龙 头企业发展及其资金困局的分析，结合江西农行对农业产业化金融支持情况的深 入阐述，得出江西农行对农业产业化龙头企业的信贷支持不足的结论。在研究 西农行对农业产业化龙头企业金融支持不足成因的基础上，为江西农行支持农业 产业化龙头企业提供了若干策略选择。 关键字：江西农行 农业产业化 龙头企业 金融支持 1 Abstract To Build a new socialist countryside, we must firstly develop modern agriculture which can make the grain production steadyly and increase farmers s income.Industrialization of agriculture is a better choice to promote traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and it has been a effective way to adjustl the structure of Chinese agriculture, to transfer rural labor force from one place to another, to increase their employment opportunities and their income.
