要 随着电信重组的尘埃落地，现阶段中国电信从单一的固网运营商转变为全业 务运营商，在目前语音移动化和信息需求蓬勃涌现的趋势下，中国电信遇到难得 的信息化业务发展机遇。 本文研究了中国电信业的发展历史及现状，通信业务演变发展的特点，现阶 段中国电信业务的主要分类及发展现状，分析了中国电信业务经营的市场外部环 境、行业竞争环境、自身优劣势及面临的机会与威胁，介绍了国际先进全业务运 营公司的业务融合和创新案例，在此基础上，通过对中国电信现阶段全业务发展 方面的策略的反思，形成了中国电信在业务创新与业务融合方面的基本思路，即 挖掘传统业务潜力、开发推广新业务、转变业务模式。 本文旨在通过上述研究与分析，发现中国电信目前业务发展中的瓶颈和问题， 并找到相应的解决办法，通过业务创新与融合，摆脱中国电信在当前竞争形势下 的困境和不利局面，利用全业务经营的契机,渡过难关，稳 发展。 关键词：电信 业务 创新 融合 1 Abstract As the reshuffle of the telecommunications enterprises has came to close, China Telecommunications Corporation( China Telecom) has grown from a pure fixed-line telephone network operator to comprehensive telecommunications service operator. China Telecommunications Corporation has faced a precious development opportunity to expand the information service to meet the need of the tendency of vocal mobilized and information varied. In this paper ,the author has researched the development history and present situation , the character of telecommunications industry s growth , the classification of telecommunications services as well as its development status .The author has also analyzed the market external environment ,industry competition environment, weakness and strength which China Telecom possessed , challenge and opportunity which confronted . The author has also introduced the successful case of multi-telecommunications service operator overseas. Then ,The author has proposed an opinion of the service innovation and service merger , which may include expanding the traditional service ,exploring the new service ,transiting the service mode .
