毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波新四方快餐连锁企业发展战略研究 摘 要 众所周知，中国有着悠久的饮食文化，是一个以“食”而著称的国家，随着改革开放带来的国民经济的迅速腾飞和人均收入的稳步增长，我国的餐饮业也迎来了高速发展期。特别是连锁经营方式在餐饮业中的盛行，更为我国的餐饮业带来近20％的年增长率，餐饮业现己成为支撑我国经济发展的重要力量。但是，纵观我国的餐饮市场，尽管中式餐饮占尽天时、地利、人和，但与西式餐饮连锁企业相比，无论在营业额、店面数量、经营理念上都存在着巨大的差距。而如何找出差距、缩小差距，从而打造现代化的中式餐饮连锁企业，已成为了理论界与企业界共同关注的热门话题。 本文将宁波新四方餐饮连锁企业作为研究对象，深入研究其发展历程及未来发展战略。运用安德鲁斯SWOT分析理论，通过对新四方的分析和了解，最终设定企业战略目标、制定企业战略以及在战略的调整、控制和实施方案。同时也参照洋快餐（即肯德基、麦当劳等国外连锁企业）的发展战略，取其精华、去其糟粕，在学习、借鉴西方学者和我国这方面研究专家的基础上，研究在我国当下的经济背景下我们宁波中式快餐连锁企业的发展战略，期望获得有价值的信息和结论，从而给我们宁波这些餐饮企业提供好的建议，为宁波餐饮经济提供一定的帮助和意见，为它们未来的发展和竞争提供有力的依据。 关键词：中式快餐；连锁经营；新四方；发展战略 Abstract As we all know,China is the country which is famous of“the food”,it has the glorious diet culture.Along with the reform and open policy,these brings US economy rapid flying and the growth of personal income,our country’s dining industry also faces high speeding period．Specially，the chain-operation management is in a vigorously vogue in the dining industry center,it brings our country dining industry nearly 20％rate per year.The dining industry already becomes our country economy development supporting factor and the important strength.But looks over our country’sdining market,although the Chinese type dining occupies the completely the weather, the advantage,and the person advantages.But compares with the western-style dining chainoperation enterprise,regardless of the shop’s quantity,the management idea,we have a huge disparity.So how to discover the disparity and bridge the gap,thus make the modernized Chinese type dining chain-operation enterprise,has become the hot topic of the theory and the enterprise area.
