摘要 华侨华人和华族，由于其特定的身份而在国家关系中具有持续性的内容。二 战后，此种角色身份尤为突出，甚至一度成为衡量国家关系好坏与否的一块试金 石。 菲律宾是中国的近邻，自中国唐初，就有中国人南渡菲律宾群岛。据统计， 目前菲律宾华侨为15.1万人，菲籍华人110万人，两者合计125.1万人，约占菲 律宾总人口 6270 万人（1992 年数字）的 2%。菲律宾的华人不可避免地对中国和 菲律宾及中菲关系产生积极的和消极的影响。在促进中菲两国经济、文化等诸方 面的发展和交流合作的同时，也会引发的一些问题成为中菲关系中的不利因素。 在研究方法上，笔者将从国际关系互动的角度来研究菲律宾华侨华人的角色 和特征，以揭示菲华侨华人华族与国际关系的互动状况。作者特别梳理了近代以 来华侨华人发展的基本脉络，并以历史演进的逻辑为主线，史论结合，较为完整 的勾勒出中国、菲律宾和华人三者之间的互动过程。在具体的分析中，笔者将分 别从政治、经济、文化等层面，细致地揭示中菲关系中的华人因素。 关键字：华侨华人；菲律宾；中菲关系 III Abstract Overseas Chinese, because of their specific identity in relations between countries that have sustained content.
